Policies


Cancellation Policy:

We please ask that you provide a 24-hour notice if you have any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that if you cancel or miss your appointment without providing the 24 hour notice we are often unable to fill that appointment time. This creates an inconvenience to your therapist and other clients are missing the chance to receive services they need. For these reasons you will be charged 100% of your service fee for each session missed. We understand that some cases like emergencies and illness do happen.


Late-arrival Policy:

We request for you to arrive 5-10 minutes early to your appointment to allow time for you to fill out any paperwork if needed. We understand that there are issues that could happen that make you late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call us in advance if this will occur so that we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. Arriving late to your appointment can result in loss of time for your treatment. And full service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to your late appointment arrival.

All information that is provided is kept completely confidential unless allowed or needed by law. Any request to release information will need your written consent to do so.

If you have *any* cold, flu, or COVID symptoms OR if you've been in contact with a positive case of COVID-19 within 10 days of your appointment (even if you test negative on a rapid test) please cancel your appointment as soon as possible.
